The Story
Meet The Founder,
Hunter Spooner.

At 12 years old, a client of his self-employed father asked if he could
design a logo. He said yes. That single moment set the course for
everything that followed.
Growing up working alongside his father in custom home improvement
— luxury builds, handcrafted woodworking, premium finishes — Hunter
was surrounded by high-end craftsmanship before he ever touched a
design tool. He understood instinctively what luxury looked like, felt like,
and demanded. But somewhere along the way he realized it wasn't the
labor he loved. It was the design behind it.
That realization sent him to college for graphic design. And
then life tested him.
In his final year of school, Hunter was finishing his degree, helping
classmates through the program, running his father's business, and
caring for his dad who had been diagnosed with stage four cancer — all
while being recruited by the 39th fastest growing company in the United
States on the Inc. 5000, ranked #1 in Marketing and Advertising. Ranked
#1 in Marketing and Advertising on the sweat of the designers' backs —
not a single marketer on the team.
He took the job. And he cleared their three month project pipeline
in two weeks.
The Experience
Hunter has been promoted at every single company he has ever worked
for in less than a year. Not by playing politics. By outworking, out-
thinking, and out-designing everyone in the room.
At the Inc. 5000 company he became Senior Designer in his first year —
leading international creative teams, directing photo and video
productions, and personally driving the rebrands of nationally
recognized consumer brands. He didn't just execute creative. He built
the systems, introduced AI workflows, implemented 3D modeling
capabilities, and reorganized years of creative infrastructure into
something that actually scaled.
From there he stepped into the event and experiential world at one of
the most respected creative production companies in Las Vegas —
where he designed for some of the biggest events, brands, and
properties in the world. Formula 1. Major casino properties. Global tech
conferences. Nationally televised brands. He learned what it means to
execute at the highest level when the stakes are real, the budgets are
massive, and there is zero margin for error.
Then came Rush Media — where Hunter essentially became the
creative backbone of an entire portfolio of brands. He rebranded
companies, built design systems from the ground up, cut production
timelines from weeks to days, and led UI/UX teams across three
continents. He was promoted to Senior Designer within four months. In
reality he was running the operation of a Creative Director.
Today Hunter leads performance marketing design for a major
supplement brand — where his team studies the market, reverse
engineers what's converting, and builds creative that doesn't just look
good, it drives measurable revenue. What used to take three weeks now
takes three days.
He doesn't just talk about what works. He tests it every single week.
What followed was a career
built on one pattern —
walk in, take over, and
raise the bar.

The Philosophy
Luxury creative shouldn't
be exclusive.
It should be accessible.

Hunter built Team Talented on a simple belief — that small businesses
deserve the same caliber of creative work as Fortune 500 companies.
That the gap between a brand that blends in and a brand that dominates
its market is almost always a creative problem. And that problem
is solvable.
No two clients start in the same place. Some come with substantial
budgets and a clear vision. Others are making calculated bets with
limited resources, needing every dollar to work harder than the last.
Hunter understands both — because he's lived both. His approach is
never to oversell or over-deliver what a client doesn't need. It's to
identify exactly where creative can move the needle and execute at the
highest level within whatever parameters exist.
The goal has always been the same — to build a full-scale creative
agency where brands can walk in, invest in their growth, and walk out
with a creative identity that changes their trajectory entirely.
That agency is Team Talented.
